The Creatine chews would be pretty bomb. I hate powders, and the other 'chews' I've found only have like .5 grams of creatine per pill (which means eating an entire package a day)
Years to be honest.. Hence why my cholesterol is so low and I can have really good stamina. Every time I am invited to togo the gym with my 'healthier looking' friends, I wind up kicking their butts because they cannot keep up ;)
Thanks for the replies so far. I actually work with a dietitian on my diet and eat fairly low carb/low fat. My body chem has been a bit of a mystery for several specialists now (and a handful of personal trainers). Cardio, and all my chemicals are normal. My Thyroid chems are a little low, but...
