I'm not a big sports player or bodybuilder. I am more of a nature nut/wild man and I spend more of my focus on paintball. However during bigger games I am called upon to carry some heavy duty equipment and I am looking to increase power and flexibility all around to assist with these tasks. I work out at planet fitness usually 3 times a week, I try to make it everyday when work allows me to. I will do cardio (running) every day and then in between runs I do upper body and core workouts one day,
