How long for Blast to "Kick In"?

3 weeks to begin to feel it and 6-8 to get full kick in

Blood results, low-normal range = TRT?

Going on test right now is just going to put a band-aid on the issue and complicate figuring out the most important issue at your age which is whether you can get where you need to be without going on a life-long medication, which can cause its own issues, particularily if you still want to have...

newbie TRT in NY - what questions should i ask?

I sound like a broken record on this but I strongly suggest finding compounding pharmacies in your area and calling them for referrals to TRT docs. Doesn't mean you have to go with compounded test (though I recommend it) but if a doc prescribes compounded test that usually means they are...

    Fertility with TRT?

My view is better safe then sorry, if you want to have kids, don't go on TRT unless you absolutely have to. I suppose you could say don't go on TRT unless you really need it regardless, but, particularily if you want to have kids - it definitely can potentially affect fertility.

do the anti "E" drugs effect your libido?

Yes they absolutely affect libido. Potentially dramatically. They can raise it or lower it, and, its very individual and impossible to predict. You need to keep E within normal levels on TRT so they may be a necessity and you just have to use trial and error. Arimidex is most likely the best...

HRT Clinic Won't Prescribe injectable test?

Bioidentical means test cream. It will come from a compounding pharmacy. The 3 basic options are gel, injectable and cream. I have tried them all and have settled on the cream. It can be custom tailored to meet what you need and can be very high in test. Mine is 200mg/cc. Gel is much...

    Choosing between 'dex/letro/aromasin

For TRT, docs usually prescribe Adex. I've never used Letro but Aromasin is too potent in my opinion just for TRT.

HRT or TRT with Blue Cross Blue Shield

Alot of compounding pharmacies will not directly bill insurance companies. You have to buy it first and submit it to them. If it is covered, you will get reimbursed. The best way to handle it is call the insurance company and ask them if they cover compounded medication. You can also check...

anyone got a link to hrt in michigan?

Something that has worked for me when I moved is to call the local compounding pharmacies. You can google for them. They know who the local HRT guys are and will often give you a list or some suggestions.

    dosage help

Yeah, don't go with a 21, thats about as thick as a fence post! If you rotate injection sites you could go 23 1 inch for delts and quads and 1.5 inch for glutes. If your pretty lean 1 inch in glutes would be fine as well.

    dosage help

Every 2 weeks is too long. You should definitely go every week. 100mg per week is a good starting place to set levels. You may need Anti-E, your doc will check E levels with next bloodwork.

no pct at hand, 2nd week after last injection

Not smart of course, but, the good news is you will live. Back in the day we didn't know what PCT was.....and most of us are still around to tell about it.
