Im sure its carpal tunnel i had it about a year ago anti-swelling pain killers helped such as ibrufen but a small operation can cure it for good. i did and its never came back good luck

Looks like the same as i got here and thats real but the color looks clear where as mine has the usuall yellow tint (but that may be the way the lighting was when pic was taken);)
