Erm am 20 12 stont 6ft am eating pasta chicken and cous cous mainly avnt been training long i been reading a lot mate just want to get a pro point of veiw first time i bin on a site like and am having 3 protein shakes a day
Am 20 12 stone and 6ft am only lifting 70 kilo just srarted and i been reading post on here and people are taking 50 on there firsr cylce am just wanting help
