for gaining weight, is buying evaporated/condensed milk worth it? at my local supermarket the 12oz ones go 10 for 10, and if i wanted to use that to drink with small meals thats about 5 a day... Do you think just bringing weight gainer powder is more effective ? maybe split them up ? im looking...
