Hi new to site, chasing some advise.
I'm 32yr old male. Train 5-6 days/ wk
I had left shoulder rebuilt 8 yrs ago but am having a lot of joint pain that stops me training and limited movement.
Only supps I take are:
Whey protein
Creatine monohydrate
Glutamine
Magnesium
Krill oil
Was thinking of...
