    Hi Daisy, I need some specifics. On the leg extension, high reps? Lunges with heavy weights? I know about the clean diet, which i'm pretty much on. Guess progress is slow. I'm trying to get more cut in my outer quads.

    Hello, What does anybody suggest about getting quads more defined? Higher reps, low reps or what? Thats my main goal. Right now. I know about the diet but i'm talking about what specific exercises and what machines to use.

    When you say clean diet, you mean unprocessed foods? I've been taking soy protein for a while now. What are the problems with soy? Is it the problems with how much protein is in soy. I'm not sure what the difference is. Is whey make for a leaner body? <Confused>

    Thank you for all the info. I know you can't spot reduce, known that for a while now. But as far as diet is concerned, i'm getting better. In my fridge I got chicken, salmon, cheese, soups, shredded wheat cereals, fruit, eggs. etc. and MRP's. A sample day would be: Chicken or meat at lunch...

    What does anybody suggest on reducing the hip/outer thigh area? That has been my main problem since childhood. Any suggestions? I do squats and lunges also twice a week. I do very little cardio as well cause I want to keep my muscle.
