Well on a U-100 insulin pin they list units--and each unit is .01 mL right? So all you would have to do is draw to the HCG to the 5 mark (because 5 units=.05 mL) on the insulin pin to get 250 IU of HCG. (If you are using 1 mL=5,000 IU amps).
