Hey everyone any thoughts or comments on "penne pasta, broccoli + other veggies, Alfredo (white sauce) + chicken" or what about quesadilla, cheddar, chicken? I just recently started a job and they supply free lunch with this on their menu that seemed the wisest to eat for bulking. any takes?
