    Tirzepatide for fat loss, 260 lbs

    I'm 260 lbs. right now and I'm trying to get to a healthier weight. I'm only 5'7". I think if I got down to 180, I'd be good. When it comes to tirzepatide, will 2 mg a week work well or should I run something else?
