I have a good metabolism in general. I have weighed the same for about 4 1/2 - 5 years. I just want to be more "cut/lean" not so bigger. As soon as I start running, I drop 7-10 in a week because my body just falls back in to place. I don't want to alter too many of my eating/living habits...
