I have been a consistent gym person for the last 3 and a half years. I have only recently structured my training and my diet better in the last two years and only really got my diet remotely good in the last six months. I am in decent shape but I would love to gain more lean mass and cut the extra body fat needed to look in great shape (I currently have a four pack but not the ripped look that I crave).
