    I have not posted before because I wasn't quite sure how to start..... What questions to ask and all that. I was just learning from what other people posted. I just started hitting wieghts hard about one and a half years ago.... Cardio classes were my jam... But never saw the change in my body...

    I Have never posted before, but I have been looking for over a year now..... I will get to the point. I work out with Tabata Type Interval training... Meaning all my wieght traing is timed 30 sec on 10 sec reset, 4 diffrent excerises. example- Jump rope- push up- mountain climber-tricept...
