Well I started increasing my dosage the last two weeks and ran out yesterday.
Final results:
240lbs (15lbs lost)
10% body fat
I don't max bench (shoulder injury) but I went from 10x225 to 10x250. I probably would have added 10lbs without the gear in this same time...
