Im not sure what my body fat is but Im sure its not what it should be by any means..
I have been lifting for about 1.5 yrs about 4-5 days...
What the hell is Rocketfuel? I have a chance to buy this but am not sure whats in it or what it is even.. My cousin took this and gained 25lbs in 8weeks (the only problem is he started at about 240 and Im only 190) I thought that someone might have a clue.:)
