Thanks Spatts, That is what I needed to know. It may sound silly, but carb rotating is new to me... but makes great sense and I will adopt that practice. As far as how many calories I am burning, I need to and will start keeping better track and do some more homework.

I would think you should be able to "feel" the clen or it is not working.
