no need to make it so technical straight up, i'd have 200-300g protein even thats not necessary at your weight, and up the fats to 50-100 and just have some oats in the morn, when you plateau or get trying to get into the single digits then can play with carb cycling and stuff
work out your daily cal intake thats a start, im endo and how been having best progress only havaing carbs in morn so body almost goes into ketosis. have 1 refeed meal a week. keep protein high and dont forget your fats.
when i've done them in the past, done hi,med,low,low and repeat and adjust fats accordidng, so be low fat, med, hi, hi but keeping cals the same pretty much.
