Lol I think that's a pump you get while working out. I live for it although mine isn't nearly as good as yours apparently!--with all my strict planning and silly research. :-p Whatever you do, go for it!
Glad you guys liked my diet talk. Thought I'd bore you actually lol. I'd put people to sleep when I talk about nutrition in real life so I guess I'm better off writing about it.
I don't know what on earth happened to the website but the link stopped working for a while, I'm sorry I had to log in again.
I saw your picture, you look fairly lean to begin with! You also got some definition over there! You may think you're a beginner when it comes to planning but in fact...
Haha yeah I was tiny. My bench was like 85 lbs. :-p The only recent side view picture I found on my pc is this:

My upper body is genetically small-framed but butt/thighs are huge now! Even though I did build decent muscles in my legs, I have some pics...
Well actually my butt is huge right now lol. But for a 20 pounds gain-fitting in the same clothes really implies muscle gains--especially that I was 105--very tiny to begin with! So 20 pounds added to that is a lot.
This is me last December in the same shirt: My shoulder/chest/back are wider...
THANK YOU for mentioning that! Totally agree.
Also, cardio makes me starve! What's the use of a treadmill to lose fat if I'd just go home and eat the house anyway..?
Crunches are useless. Everybody really has a six pack, but not everybody can see it! You can only see abdominal definition with a low body fat percentage so it all boils down to having a clean diet. And by the way any compound workout like deadlifts/squats/pull ups builds your abdominal...
Hey Jennifer! :-) Oh lord I'm obsessed with sports nutrition I'd love to help you if I could! Although this all whole calorie intake depends on your activity level, but I'm glad you asked because I do think 1200 calorie is a little too low. Can I ask about your height/weight and what do you do...
Nice!! I might wanna move to England for a change lol. Nobody cares about soccer here-I painted my face during the world cup and people looked at me like I was crazy or something. :-p And no I can only play soccer! I tried out for football and volleyball back in middle school but I failed them...
Oh yes! It's amazing how the body grows out of food. The strength gains + sanity is def. worth eating lol. I always had a fear of weight gain-like all girls but I did this as a mental and physical challenge and gained almost 20 lbs in 10 months! Though I do look larger and my clothes fit...
Of course! That's very healthy but do you have a specific bodybuilding goal? It will help to add more egg whites versus yolks because the whites have the protein--also very low in calories.
I make egg whites, fat free cheddar cheese and spinach for breakfast every single day. I cannot live...
I'm a girl lol and that's exactly what I was trying to say! This darn adaptive nature of the body makes it react to the diet almost the same way it reacts to training. If you don't switch or cycle your body will eventually adapt and sit there still. Same thing goes towards gaining muscle. Try to...
That's awesome!! Are you originally from there? I've never personally seen a British soccer fan before except on TV lol. Soccer is a lifestyle! <3 I'm a huge fan of Man U myself! ;-)
