I'm thinking 2 burn pre workout, 2 flame with breakfast, and 2 more flame with lunch? Is that dumb? Is it as simple as one of each pre workout and 1 of each in the afternoon? On rest days? Just trying to get optimal intake for optimal performance. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
