Sorry to interrupt but just wanted to comment on the quality of this post. My girlfriend is a dietitian and personal trainer, had a look at what you wrote and she kicked off. Simply because she would charge people money for the information you gave! Good work mate, I'm glad I found this forum...
That's a good point. Gains have come quicker in the last month but I guess I'm trying to rush things. I'm going to wait a few months and reassess whether or not a new cycle is going to be worthwhile.

I'm a new member on here but have lifted for many years and have used before. Earlier in the year I was in an accident and have only been back in training for a month. Things are going pretty well but I'm thinking about going on a cycle to try and get back to the same stage as I was in January...
