Can someone tell me what the differance is between arginine and arginine alpha-ketoglutarate? Some guy at gnc said not to take arginine regularly, and that 500mg was an excessive ammount. I've been taking about 3 grams per day. (2g akg, and 1g arginine). But he didn't seem to know anything...
