First time pressing the 60kgs dumbbells! Huge workout today. Managed to get 8 reps then backed off to 12 reps on 50kg dumbbells!
Who else loves this feeling of having some heavy ass dumbbells on their knees ready for the set. It feels like a calm before the storm💪🏻
