Is there any brand dress/collared shirts that fit? Every shirt I buy that fits my neck and shoulders looks ten sises too big when I tuck it into my pants... on top of that I got sized for a tux the other day and I had to get a "fat guy jacket" b/c my shoulders were "too big" so the jacket...

Does anything negative or bad happen if a protein shake sits in the fridge on 10-12 hours before drinking? does it lose anything?
