    sus is a blend of slow and fast esters, so it should give a nice, quick start during the first 4 days (that + var) should be a nice jump start.

    price/gains -:) you need to be at least 30-40mg a day for var only cycle to see a difference and do not expect to gain 20lb in 8 weeks on it.

    meal 4 - please get rid of that bread -:) 1/2 cup of brown rice or some fruit would be better. Meal 5 - rice got to go; too late in the day to have that. Add veggies, etc.. Add some fat, girl -:) meal 1 and 6 - add 1tsp of Udo oil or some some almonds (count them - like 5 would be good)

    jens: if I can offer some advice for the bench; I got my gf from benching 85lb to benching 135 10 times and she messed around w/185 a couple of weeks ago - scared a living crap out of me -:) anyways, negatives and weight control. take that 135 and lower it down slowly - have your hubby lifted...

    looks great - add a couple of almonds or some Udo oil and you are good to go for nice snack. Do not use these shake as your brkst/lunch/dinner replacement - you need solid food. My appologies if you already knew that.

    ladies - also you can add some fat-burning suppliments, like a basic ECA stack or trex from anabolic store.

    Add some shoulders -:) yes, 3 -4 per body part w/3-4 sets of 10-12 - you are good to go. Stick to basic exercises - forget the crazy ones in the gym -:) Get a book or pick up a magazine - they all have great workouts for the beginners.

    jkmom - for you 6:00pm meal - stay away from the bread if you want it clean. You can add an apple somewhere in AM, early PM. Perhaps a yam or 1/2 cup of brown rice (not together -:) Add a little bit of fat to your diet - some almonds or almond butter, maybe a whole egg + egg whites in AM. Udo...
