Just an extra measure: I figured BA, 0.2 filter, dry sterilization vials, alcohol soaked stoppers and baked gear before closing would eliminate any possibility.
I'm pissed though. I do a small subq injection as a test before doing intramuscular a day or two later - Id rather drain a skin deep...
So once you figure out how to use bottle tops theyre super legit. I figured out how to seal it up and keep the psi around 5-7. Took longer but you wont crack the filter. Figuring out how to keep vacume was a major pain in the ass as well.
This is my set up:
1) Alcohol wash vials, rinse with...
I take a pot, put a bracket or small plate, and pour water. I bring to a boil then get it to a low rolling boil. Then I put the beaker in this double boiler set up. Oil heats to about 180-200' and I was concerned about sterilization processes in general. I know the air isn't actually of concern...
I read into dry heat sterilization and the temperatures and times tested in lab environments and have incorporated that into my experiments. Yes a "sanitized glove box" would be best, but I'd argue what I'm doing is sufficient. I had looked into pressure cookers and autoclaves but decided on dry...
Heres what worked for me:
Test base 100mg/ml
BA 1%
BB 5%
G 16%
EO 48%
GSO 20%
This didn't hold so I bumped it up to 20% G and reheated. Held all the way down to 50' but will see if it falls out after a couple days.
So last night I made a test base and attempted winni, both at 100mg/ml. Both hard, winni was VERY irritating. I will continue trying to fix the winni but I don't know if itll be useable - I had to put it over open flame and it was still having problems disolving. It wanted to stay in clumps, and...
I was following your directions and then BAM I couldnt get suction in the filter. I tried a 2nd one same thing. I tested the pump and it sucks my finger and then even sucked at the filter to see if I could get air. NOPE!!! WHAT GIVES I ALMOST THREW MY BREW AWAY I'M SO MAD!!!
Ok so I've been thinking about the whole "neurotic level of sanitation" pretty seriously, I'm kinda thinking about it too hard...
Any pointers:
1) After measuring everything out and boiling it you pour the cooled solution into the vacuum filter.
2) Filter and here comes the first...
Ok so no more than 2% BA.
These might work as well:
2% BA
20% BB
39% EO
39% GSO
2% BA
49% EO
49% Oil
Will EO melt the rubber stopper and the rubber in the syringe?
Alright thanks.
I will start by making 10cc of
2% BA
20% BB
35% EO
the rest oil
starting at 200mg/ml, then decreasing mg/ml by increasing volume making it 175mg/ml 150mg/ml 125mg/ml stopping at 100mg/ml or where it stops crashing first.
If that crashes I will make 10cc of
3%BA
20%BB
the rest...
