    I do like them. Even the salmon is good. I never did the steak or stuff that had a price upgrade. I only ordered 5 per week so it gave my meals some more variety. Going into a cut I will probably not do them cause I am going to be strict. But for day to day life. Heck ya

    Felt great in gym tonight. New pr for me. Incline press 45x 15 55x12 65x10 75 x8 85 x5 100,s here I come. My trainer has a goal for his self of 200 lb dumbells flat bench by June. I would be amazed if I can do half that. But what hell. Goal has been set.
