Hi all. Im currently cutting and recently purchased a bottle of Shredabull. I tried it for a few days taking as reccommended, but i just cant deal with the sweats or energy while at work. Ive decided to start just taking 1 tab 20 mins before workout. Am i going to see any benefits doing this...
