Cool. Actually, I could clean my diet up from its current state while increasing protein and cals. Perhaps with a cleaner diet than what I presently have, I will end up OK in the fat department. So, with an ultimate goal of 200 lbs, what should my total cals be? 3500 or so? Thanks again!
