Food:
Meal 1: 2 eggs, 1/3 cup oat bran, 1/3 cup blueberries, 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
Meal 2: 1 chicken breast, salad, yam
Meal 3: 1/2 apple, 1 cup plain non-fat yoghurt, 2 tbsp wheat germ
Meal 4: salmon, salad, sunflower seeds, melon, 2 squares dark chocolate
Exercise: 60 minute step class
