    Did you do crossfit? How is it?

    I see crossfit is getting more and more popular - what are your thoughts on this sport? I see the videos of competitions, and damn these guys are in an amazing shape. Sounds like a very interesting and entertaining sport to practice. Anyone tried here tried it?
