It's hard to tell, there may be modest strenght gains at best. Some days in the gym it seems I can push a little more, but then next time its about the same.

I've had similar experience with the organon sust 250, swelling, lump/hardness, uncomfortable for a couple of days. Feels like I was kicked in the ass with pointed boots. Looks like it's something that varies with individuals.
