    is that a good diet?

    Crap imo. Need a proper protein source for brekky. Bread, p.b, and milk aren't exactly good choices for quality protein. Go for eggs, lean beef, chicken, turkey, tuna etc. Shakes are not a meal. Replace them with again, food. Meat, veggies, and a carb source. That's pretty much the staple.

    Can you eat solid protein instead of shakes?

    You don't have to neccessarily take a shake after your workout. Lately i've been saving money on powder, and using 2 cans of tuna and a glass of milk for my "post-workout shake" if you will. You still get around 40g of protein. Having a banana with it aswell is great. Have i noticed a...
