9am 8 oz tuna

noon 8oz chicken
1 cup brown rice

My lean mass is 190lbs give or take a few I have no clue how much water would be included in my lean mass... So I'm thinking either a light heavy weight or high end of the middle weight.

I've never taken AAS in my life. I'm 23 years old 5'7 223 with a lean body mass of 190 or so.
