Do you really think 5kg in 10 weeks with a really good diet is good? Thats just like~2kgs per month while eating like crazy.. Cant be sure about that

Thats the problem.. i didnt feel like a "beast" at all. Only gained 11 lbs with a really good diet. Always slept at least 8 hours a day, been training well..
