Gettn ready to stack these and looking for advice on what to use as a pct,when to use and how much to use.So far the plan is to do 3 grams of arginine and glutamine before working out,3 grams of Leucine and another 3 grams of glutamine as soon as im done working out and about 40 grams of protein...

Tryn to run this with Beast but cant find it anywhere,should i just give up and try stackn with something else?

Ive been on amp02 for close to a month now and love the energy and mental focus i get from it,i am gettn ready to do a beast/katana stack,are there any disadvantages to staying on amp while on this stack coming up? Should i get off of it while on this stack?
