    Thanks for all your answers. I just decided not to take the lexapro. I've taken hydroxycut before so i know how it makes me feel. I get very energetic, which to me is a good thing. Lexapro makes me tired. And truthfully like i said i don't really need it. I'm waiting a few days to get the stuff...

    I will eat something else with it sometimes rice or pasta which I try not to eat as much because of the carbs. Today for lunch I had tuna salad with tomato's, green onions, french dressing and cheese..

    I worked out in the evening around 7:30... I usually eat supper beforehand which normally consists of tuna or chicken. It still doesn't seem to give me the boost I need though.
