I get that too, the brusing mostly when i do a leg work out or when I run for long periods of time on the tread mill. It actually got so bad that I decided to do some other form of cardio, because my legs were looking pretty battered up.
I asked my doctor about it, he didn't seem very worried...
I make sure that I wash my makeup off before a workout.. Or else it tends to clog my pores. And after a workout I always make sure i wash my face with an deep pore cleansing face scrub.
If i do it right after I don't seem to have many problems. Then I make sure i moisturize with something that...

I just decided not to take the lexapro. I've taken hydroxycut before so i know how it makes me feel. I get very energetic, which to me is a good thing. Lexapro makes me tired. And truthfully like i said i don't really need it. I'm waiting a few days to get the stuff...
That's another thing. I really don't think I need it. My family doctor prescribed it to me after talking to me for five minutes. I went there cause i was feeling lousy and basically he asked me what had been going on in my life and because of numerous lousy things that have happened all at once...

I will eat something else with it sometimes rice or pasta which I try not to eat as much because of the carbs. Today for lunch I had tuna salad with tomato's, green onions, french dressing and cheese..
I worked out in the evening around 7:30... I usually eat supper beforehand which normally consists of tuna or chicken. It still doesn't seem to give me the boost I need though.

See that is the thing... I did lose a lot of size probably a b.. then overnight it went back up to the c that i was before.. I haven't really changed anything in my diet.. that stayed the same except for the thermo drink that I started. I haven't gained any weight back.. I have a lot more muscle...
