imo I wouldn't run hcg throughout my cycle but maybe the last 2-4 weeks. don't know what 50u is, i assume you mean 500 ius. I ussually use 250 ius 2x a week for 2 weeks then 500 ius 2x a week for 2 weeks, but have read alot of different doses people use.
