I've been working out for just over a year not and have seen the gains in brings and everyday i go to the gym i become more attached and addicted to my fitness. I have joined this website hoping that if i post questions that i have about some obsticles i face at the gym, then somebody who knows what they are doing or is more experienced in the particular subject can give me some tips to help me continue my gains.
