I find that if you cook skinless breast w/ a bit of water..slow..it doesnt get dry...also try topping it (while cooking) w/ seasoning/sauce mixes, like pesto..it is soo good..just add the dry packet, that way you are not adding all those nasty calories/fat used in preparing the sauce.:p

flaxseed oil I agree with you...I am not a big fan to the flax seed oil, but u gotta do what u gotta do. I mix in w/ tuna fish, put it in my soup or add it to my protein shakes w/ a packet or two of sweet and low/equal. It is least noticable in the shake.:p
