Never even heard of Pump-em-Up.... The pain is from the fascia stretching (notice that it is a "different" type of pain than you get from injecting juice. It doen't really feel like "muscle soarness" its more like "conective tissue" pain, sh!tty explaination but I think you get the point)...

Glycemic Index Fructose ranks a 20 on the Glycemic Index. This puts it VERY low on the chart.
