got sober 6 months ago off drugs, been a junkie my whole damn life, in and out of prison. found the gym 6 months ago and it saved my life. I dont think you could really understand what weights did for me. changed my life. now i have a great job in the union and I'm in the gym. 7 days a week for 2 hours a day. I wanna get big though. and I need something to get me there and someone to help me find it and explain to me how to use it. my friend Dan Berges told me about elitefitness and so here I am.
