Ok Im looking to gain a little more strength after my next cutting cycle in a week..

can you just give a little more info on that breakfast thingy? how many eggs/whites and how much rice? do you cook up rice and just reheat it whenever you wanna eat it because i found its not the quickest thing to boil rice
Ok im 17 and ive been seeing decent gains from just eating pretty good and making sure i keep working out a priority..now I was ALWAYS curious - all the kids i know always hate on creatine..they say it really doesn't do anything for you..how you gain water weight and its almost like fake muscle...

Yeah i mean i know i added a decent amount of weight to my bench but most of it was just beginners gains i figure and the thing is lately i havent progressed at all which kinda sucks..ive been doing 5x5 with 155 and ive been stuck there so im lookin to change my diet
Alrite i went on the ANPB for 2.5 weeks and lost about 12 or 14 pounds and im very content with that...but my problem is this:
Ive had a gym membership for almost a year and have yet to make anything other then OK gains..take my bench for example i started out working with about 120lbs back in...
man thats exactly what happens happens to me i always figure itll help me get to sleep but i just end up waking up..i dont do it much at that time anyway
eating pb while your high is a very hard thing to do you could probably kill someone like that

im on my ANPB diet for 2 weeks..ill smoke on weekends but really only if im goin to a party
i weigh in now at 180 - two weeks ago that number was 195
body fat im not sure of but im gonna stick to weight lifting and i gotta say i probably will not be giving up smoking =)
oh lord..second day of anpb diet i smoked up - few times since then as well (in about 2 weeks haha) thats tough me and my friend went to the deli afterwards and he was pickin up all sorts of entenmans cookies and all i could take was a big bag of peanuts
not saying i didnt eat any of those...
