    Yeah Primo works great on a calorie deflict diet but i believe 500 is too low i think 1200-1500 is sufficient enough , you can add testosterone as it amplifies the effects of primo and you could also hit some var then you would have the ultimate ripper cycle you could actually gain a slow steady...
