This is true, and good advice. Mast for some people is enough...but for others isn't. Only you will know, and I don't think that given how cheap and readily available AI's are, that running the risk is worth it.

Primo is just not a powerful AAS. It's gains are marginal, but its side effects are minimal. There is the rub. Its in the gains/side effects ratio.

I've never done fina by itself, but when I don't use enough test with it, I am one grumpy SOB. It might be different if you use just a low dose.

Caber will do nothing for progesterone, only prolactin. Typically, only an AI is needed, as estrogen is usually still the culprit in any side effects noted. ED dosing is best.
