How about the book "Sliced"? It is more like a contest prep book, but has recipes and explains nutrition and working out pretty well. And it's co-authored by Negrita jayde and has a lot of good pics of her.

Actually I might buy it. I used to work with one of those weasel-y types described in the Amazon.com review who bought the naked amazon women wrestling tapes, etc. The guy loved the amazon women but weighed all of about 110 lbs and looked like a pedophile. I have to admit it was sick but...

Well, if you don't mind spending more $$, the '99 Ms Olympia tape, which is not half Fitness/half BBing but rather ALL BBing, has the mandatories as well as all the routines. It's like an hour and a half long. i think it was $35 and well worth it!

Why don't you go to the Womens' Physique World site (I think it's womensphysiqueworld.com) and just buy a tape from the Ms Olympia or a Nationals event?

Yup, g/f uses it for about 8 weeks. It's definitely not a magic pill - in fact we're not entirely convinced it does a whole lot, but....if you use it with a thermogenic it can't hurt. She's done a few cycles with 20mg/day each time.

What the hell is a "professor of ancient medicine" by the way? That's what the website says about the father. Saw that kid at the Arnold. I think he is kind of creepy looking.

If she's doing Nolvadex and ends up doing a show, between the hard core dieting and the Nolvadex, she shouldn't be suprised if it takes up to 3 months (maybe longer) for her to see her period after the show. That's about how long it took my g/f and other gals at our gym who compete.
