my last cycle I took 500 mg a week for 12 weeks. about week 4 my dick was hard most of the day. my appetite was like that of a lions. I was swelling up like a tick (alot of water). strentgh gains were up. and i already put on 12 pounds..........when it kicks in believe you'll know. Just train...
