The bruises are usually about 1-2 inches wide and long, very obvious from a distance. I had my friend inject me last time to see if it was my unsteady hand, but it still bruised from that too. Damn Im frustrated!!

Im using QV bold 200, and each time I inject into my shoulder, I bruise and it stays for about two weeks! it really sucks. Ive been using 23 guage 1" needle. I look really stupid with a bruise on each shoulder, how can I avoid this?

That is how my QV Bold 200 is, blue cap with QV on top in white? works great, Im into my third week now, Im already seeing improved vascularity and appetite. great stuff!
