New to the board and going to start this diet tomorrow. Just had a few starter questions: 1) I work nights 7p-7a. Will this schedule effect the metabolic breakdown of protein and fats from ANPB. Granted, I only work this schedule 2 nights/week. Just wondering if anyone has had a problem...
