I am on sust/winny/and deca, just found out I have strep throat, got antibiotics and should be good to go in a couple days.

I am been out of the gym for 4 days and have not really eaten much 4 four days. feeling a little better today and taken tons ove vit c. should I get back in the gym or wait till I am feeling mormal?
